I'm so glad we had this time together
Just to have a laugh, or stitch a block or two.
Seems we just got started
and before you know it
Comes the time we have
to say, 'So long.'

While it isn't Valentine's Day just yet, Joanna Figueroa's quilt will definitely get us in the mood for it.  Her Red and White confection is almost finished, and we have a few pictures of it to share in a moment. 

First.  Star Dance!  It's Block 56.

Star Dance can be made in all four sizes - 4", 6", 8" and 12".  The instructions can be found on Joanna's blog - Fresh Figs.

This is Joanna's version of Wine Not, Jen Kingwell's block from last week, No. 55.

Night and Day - Block 50 - though calling this Red and Cream confection "night and day" seems a stretch.

Joanna's Block 48 is Lisa Bongean's Purpose.

Isn't this beautiful?  As in, we might need to make one just like it!

And finished... except for quilting and binding.
